“Mystic Mac” is back. Ahead of his fight against Dustin Poirier at UFC 257, Conor McGregor, has predicted that he is going to win the fight by knockout.
In a recent UFC Countdown snippet posted by UFC Europes Instagram, McGregor, was rather specific in his prediction for his fight vs. Poirier. “I like Dustin, I think he’s a good fighter,” McGregor said. “He’s even a great fighter, but great is still levels below me. I’ll knock Dustin out inside 60 seconds.”
McGregor, who is coming off a 40 second knock out victory over Donald Cerrone, last January, at UFC 246, is looking to make it two knock out wins in a row in under a minute.
McGregor and Poirier are set to meet inside the octagon on Saturday, January 23, at UFC 257 at the Etihad Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
