After an impressive showing on Tuesday during Dana White’s Contender Series, Jake Hadley finally realized his childhood dream of becoming a UFC fighter.
Hadley (8-0), earned a contract with the promotion after getting a second-round submission over Mitch Raposso.
Following his signing, the UFC shared a video of an 11-year-old Hadley blowing out his birthday candles, wishing to be a UFC fighter one day.
Hadley, 25, fights out of Birmingham, England and is currently ranked 32 in the worldwide flyweight rankings. He is the former flyweight champion of Cage Warriors Fighting Championship, a United Kingdom and Ireland based promotion.
