Former UFC fighter, Jon “Cruz” Tuck, was arrested and charged with six counts of criminal sexual misconduct on Monday, March 16, after an incident involved him raping a 21-year-old woman.

As first reported by Pacific Daily News, Tuck allegedly raped the young woman, outside of Jardee’s, a local restaurant in Tumon, Guam, on March 4, at around 3 A.M.

According to court documents, Tuck essentially abducted the young woman by grabbing her in a hallway, and bringing her outside to a parking lot, as she was leaving the restaurant.

Tuck then took the woman near a chapel, where he pushed her against a wall, and undressed her. The woman claims that she tried to resist, but the incident ultimately ended in Tuck raping her.

After the assault, documents state that he introduced himself as “Jon Tuck,” and told her that no one could know about what had just transpired, because of his job.

Following the incident, the young woman returned to the restaurant to meet with her friend, who confronted Tuck on video.

“She was not expecting you to pull her pants down and stick your (expletive) (expletive) inside her,” said her friend, according to court documents.

“I did not just go straight up into that, we were playing around,” Tuck responded, according to court documents.

Tuck was later arrested for the incident and was charged with four counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct as second-degree felonies, and two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct as misdemeanors.

Tuck was later released on a $20,000 bail bond and he is now on house arrest, awaiting trial.

Tuck is a former UFC lightweight fighter, who competed on The Ultimate Fighter Season 15, before being brought on to the UFC’s official roster.

After going 4-5 in the promotion, he was eventually released and picked up by rival organization, Bellator MMA. He is 1-0 in the new promotion.

It is unclear at this time whether Bellator will look to keep or get rid of Tuck, following the incident.
