Round one: The two fighters both start off in the center of the octagon, trying to take control of the octagon control. Kattar eventually takes the control, but Ige is still holding his ground, not taking any punishment. Both guys have gotten good shots in thus far, but Kattar is edging out the striking and the octagon control. Ige ends up on his back twice after two failed takedown attempts. Round two: Kattar is controlling the fight in the beginning of the round, but Ige is still fighting back hard. Ige is landing hard shots mixing it up to the head and to the body. Kattar is also landing, but not as much as Ige this round. 10-9 Ige.
Round three: Kattar is swinging for the fences, and he is controlling the center of the octagon. Leading in the striking department for this round. Kattar is pulling away. Ige is trying to counter, but he isn’t landing much. Kattar is landing hard shots all throughout this round. Ige is also wearing the damage more visibly. 10-9 for Kattar.
Round four: Ige is trying to take control to start the round. He lands a takedown but Kattar quickly gets up, and he takes control of the octagon. Ige ends up on his back after a scramble and eats a few shots in order to escape. Both fighters are standing in the middle of the octagon, but Kattar is edging out the striking. 10-9 for Kattar
Round five: Ige is trying to make something happen this round, but Kattar is edging him out in every category. The round was close, but Kattar managed to end the round in a dominant position, on top of Ige, hitting him with hammer fists. 10-9 Kattar
