The Nevada State Athletic Commission released the medical suspensions for UFC Vegas 45 to Mixedmartialarts.com on Tuesday, revealing that Cub Swanson among five others are facing possible 180-day suspensions due to injuries sustained in their fights.

UFC Vegas 45 featured a heavyweight bout between Derrick Lewis (26-8) and Chris Daukaus (12-4) at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada. The bout ended in spectacular fashion with Lewis knocking out Daukaus a little more than three minutes into the first round.

Luckily, neither fighter suffered any significant injuries in the fight.

However, Cub Swanson, who defeated Darren Elkins by first round technical knockout, can’t say the same as an injury to his right finger may keep him out until June unless he can be cleared sooner by a doctor.
